GUIDELINES FOR POSTER PRESENTATION

Kindly note that all the posters will be PHYSICAL POSTERS and there is no provision for e-posters.

* Poster Size: POTRAIT ORIENTATION ONLY - 2.5 Feet (width) x 3.5 Feet (height)

* Time Limit: 3 minutes for presentation + 1 minute for discussion.

* We kindly request that all posters be mounted on the designated boards with their specific poster ID by 8:00 AM on the day of your presentation. We also ask that posters be removed by 5:00 PM on the same day. Any unattended posters will be removed after this time.

* All presenters are requested to be present beside their posters at respective allotted time slots.

* Scoring will be done on the basis of Novelty (10 points), Relevance (10 points), Methodology (10 points),Poster Design (10 points),Performance in Question-Answer session (10 points).

* Facilities to stick your poster on the poster board will be provided by the organizers at the venue.

GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATION

* Your presentation Should preferably not be more than 8-10 slides, including the title slide.

* Oral Presentation must be on Microsoft PowerPoint 2019 or above versions.

* Each Oral presentation will have a total duration of 6 minutes, followed by 2 minutes for Q&A.Please note that Adherence to the allotted time is mandatory. The projection screen will go blank after 6 minutes.

* Scoring will be done on the basis of Novelty (10 points),Methodology (10 points),Presentation (10 points), Relevance (10 points), and Performance in Question-Answer session (10 points)

* The PowerPoint Presentation should be mandatorily uploaded on the portal by 10 th November 2024. The link of the same will be sent in due course of time.

*The details of the presentation will be available on the website soon. (www.aroicon2024.com). You may verify your Presentation ID, as well as the date, time, and hall of your presentation, on the website.
