Registration Cancellation Policy

Up to 30^th August 2024, 75% refund of the registration fee.
Up to 30^th September 2024, 50% refund of the registration fee.
Up to 30^th October 2024, 25% refund of the registration fee.
No refund for cancellations will be given 1^st November onwards.
All Refunds will be done after the completion of Conference.
Transfer charges + GST in case of cancellation will be covered by participants.
Telephonic cancellations will not be entertained. In case of cancellation, refund will be processed through Bank Transfer in 10 days after the conference. No enquiry will be entertained.
